Faced with a looming Y2K deadline and a mandate to move one of their custom
applications to a DB2 backend, NextAge Consulting was retained to assist.
We provided project personnel to assist their in house personnel, plus developed
and managed a project plan that allowed for an acclerated conversion. We were
able to come in both under budget and one week ahead of schedule.
