With 10,000 invoices going through the doors of the accounts payable department each month, and additional banks being added at a steady clip, First Banks needed to overhaul their accounts payable system and eliminate the amount of time the department’s personnel was spending filing, refiling and answering telephone inquiries from remote branches.
NextAge Consulting was retained to provide a solution. This included moving the current accounts payable application from DOS to a windows environment, integrating a custom document storage system (using our Imaging Templates for Clarion), and providing an inquiry system for remote users.
